After moving to Loveland, CO from Southern California in 2001, my wife convinced me to chase my lifelong dream of becoming a Realtor. Early success in the business only fueled my fire and I have enjoyed a career in real estate ever since.

I love the day-to-day challenges of the real estate business. Meeting new people and helping them buy and sell properties drives me to be successful every day. Every time I close a sale it gives me as much satisfaction as my first transaction. Being named Rookie of the Year in 2003 by the Loveland-Berthoud Board of Realtors is a milestone of my career. I am also proud of the multiple Diamond Club and Diamond Elite Awards I earned during my time with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, these awards are based purely from sales volume.

I have been a Mortgage Loan Officer for 20+ years and my job is my passion! My success and longevity in this career is because I do not look at a loan as a transaction; moreover, I see it as an opportunity to build a relationship with my clients. By listening and asking questions of my clients it provides me greater insight as to their direct needs and long term financial goals. Once the needs and goals are identified I can now utilize my diverse knowledge base in Mortgage Lending to find the right product in order to meet or exceed those expectations.
