Old Town Fort Collins Remodel

After relocating from Denver, these clients were drawn to the charm and character of an older in-town home but wanted it to reflect a more modern, updated lifestyle. Working within this 100-year-old structure, we thoughtfully reimagined the layout to improve functionality without adding square footage. The renovation included adding an entirely new bathroom and relocating the kitchen from the rear to the front of the home. The result is a space that honors its history while living comfortably for today.
